Clients & Profits macOS Package Installer

After downloading the package installer, run the Clients & Profits Cloud.pkg
from your Downloads folder. Follow the instructions to install or reinstall the application. Any database shortcuts from previous Clients & Profits verisons
will be saved.

To reinstall Clients & Profits Cloud, simply run the PKG file (as noted above).

Clients & Profits macOS DMG Installer

  1. Make a note of your sitekey, found in the main Preferences window.
    More detailed notes on entering the sitekey can be found here.

  2. Download and run the Clients & Profits 11.3 Installer.
    If you need a link or login details contact the Clients & Profits Help Desk.
    For PKG, the default install, skip to step 5.

  3. If using the DMG Installer, uninstall your current Clients & Profits application by using the Clients & Profits Uninstaller packed with the download for macOS.

  4. Drag and copy the Clients & Profits application to your Applications folder.

  5. Open Clients & Profits, enter your login and passcode. Then choose mainframe from the database dropdown to enter your site key.

  6. Next you'll be prompted to activate your software. Click ok to the message. Verify your company information is correct. Then click Activate Software.
    You should recieve a message that your serial number has been changed and Clients & Profits is ready to use!
